Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible, 4x10 hour days)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate outpatient physical therapy to pediatric and adult patients with conditions like developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic issues
Create individualized treatment plans and collaborate with patients and families to achieve goals
Utilize warm water therapy pool for aquatic therapy sessions
Occasionally assist with inpatient acute care and early intervention services
Manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day with self-scheduling and documentation time built in

Qualifications

Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required
Current BLS certification required
At least some pediatric experience is preferred; new grads with strong pediatric clinical rotations are welcome to apply
Willingness to work primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient acute and early intervention

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric physical therapy expertise including developmental delay, autism, and torticollis
Orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation skills for adult patients
Ability to self-schedule and manage time effectively
Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary team
