Location: Tacoma, WA

Start Date: 06-14-2026

End Date: 09-13-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional weekends and holidays, limited call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures using state-of-the-art GE and Phillips equipment.
Start IVs and administer radiopharmaceuticals as needed.
Utilize EPIC and McKesson PACS for accurate documentation and image management.
Collaborate with radiologists and cardiology ARNPs to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain a safe and efficient workflow in a fast-paced diagnostic imaging department.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist required.
Active Washington State license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
Current BLS certification from AHA.
ARRT-N or NMTCB certification required.
Proficiency in starting IVs and performing a variety of nuclear medicine studies.

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in nuclear medicine imaging procedures including stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures.
Strong knowledge of GE and Phillips imaging equipment.
Proficient with EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems.
Excellent patient communication and IV start skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
