Roles & Responsibilities

Perform PET/CT imaging procedures with precision and care
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
Ensure patient safety and comfort during scans
Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver accurate results
Document patient histories and maintain records

Qualifications

Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT) or ARRT(N)
State licensure in California as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
BLS certification from AHA
Experience in PET/CT imaging preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in PET/CT imaging protocols
Knowledge of radiation safety and protection
Ability to operate imaging equipment and software
Competence in venipuncture and IV administration
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
