Shift Type: Varied 8-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments for acute care patients across medsurg, tele, ICU, and oncology units
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on ortho, total joints, and cardiac rehabilitation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Manage ventilator-dependent patients in the ICU with confidence
Hit the ground running with minimal orientation and make an immediate impact

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in California (required)
BLS certification (required)
Minimum 2 years of acute care physical therapy experience
Experience with orthopedics, total joints, ICU, and ventilated patients
Comfortable working with a diverse patient population including cardiology and oncology

Knowledge & Skills

Acute care rehabilitation expertise
Orthopedic and total joint protocol management
ICU and ventilator patient care
Cardiac rehabilitation and post-surgical care
Proficient in Cerner EMR system
