Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and lab results
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and update care plans
Educate patients and families on conditions and recovery processes
Respond quickly to changes in patient status and escalate as needed

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
ACLS certification preferred
ICU experience highly valued, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
