Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 48

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population in a 33-bed ICU
Monitor and titrate cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation medications
Interpret telemetry strips and respond to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on trauma, cardiac, stroke, and sepsis cases
Float to PCU or MedSurg as needed, maintaining safe patient ratios

Qualifications

Valid RN license in Nebraska or compact state
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience
Driver's license required to verify 50-mile radius rule

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in titrating critical care drips
Proficiency with GE telemetry monitors
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
