Location: Centennial, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including weekends (6-9 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide critical care to a diverse ICU patient population including MICU, SICU, TICU, and CVICU
Monitor and interpret telemetry strips as the sole telemetry reader on the unit
Titrate and manage critical drips such as pressors, sedation, paralytics, and antiarrhythmics
Collaborate with respiratory therapy and charge nurse to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float across multiple facilities within a 60-mile zone to support staffing needs
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience (3 years if first-time traveler)
Active and unrestricted RN license in Colorado or compact state
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Epic experience strongly preferred
Comfortable floating to different acuity levels including PCU/Stepdown and MS/Tele
Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Expert in critical care nursing and ventilator management
Proficient in telemetry interpretation and titration of vasoactive medications
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Adaptable to fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Experience with electronic medical records (Epic)
