End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population in our combined ED and MedSurg unit
Monitor telemetry strips and respond to changes in patient condition
Titrate IV drips as ordered and manage acute medical emergencies
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Float to ED holds as needed and take charge nurse responsibilities when assigned

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS and ACLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of MedSurg experience
Experience in telemetry monitoring and reading strips
Ability to titrate drips and manage acute care patients

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and assessment skills in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in telemetry and cardiac monitoring
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable with floating to different units as needed
Adaptable to changing patient acuity levels
