Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts), rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide emergency care to a diverse patient population with lower acuity (ESI 3-4)
Stabilize and transfer critically ill patients as needed
Perform labs, EKGs, patient care tasks, and transfers
Maintain sterile field during procedures and simulations
Collaborate with a dedicated team including PCTs and paramedics
Ensure a positive and teamwork-focused culture

Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Must pass DYS exam prior to accepting
Comfortable with sterile field techniques and SIMs lab
Must have own vehicle for travel to different sites
No facial piercings and natural hair color required

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing and patient assessment
Sterile field maintenance and central line dressing changes
Cerner EMR proficiency
Telemetry monitoring (Phillips)
Foley catheter insertion and wound care
Ability to float to Litchfield FSED and Glendale FSED
