Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio
CPR/BLS certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and evaluation
Therapeutic exercise prescription
Manual therapy and mobilization techniques
Use of modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation
Documentation and medical record keeping
