End Date: 09-13-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with every 3rd weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills
Conduct patient assessments using Oasis documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including PT, SLP, and rehab aides
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques

Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
Current BLS certification
Minimum one year of experience in occupational therapy (home health experience preferred)
Experience with Oasis documentation required
Proficiency with Cerner EMR system preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and manage a geographically assigned caseload
Knowledge of home health regulations and Oasis requirements
Adaptability to treat diverse patient populations and diagnoses
