Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, rotating day shifts: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Set up sterile fields and assist during urology procedures like cystoscopies and prostate biopsies
Place and manage urinary catheters with precision and care
Prepare patients for exams and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
Document patient information accurately and assist with clinic flow

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in North Dakota (or compact state)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to set up sterile fields and assist in procedures
Experience with catheterization preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Sterile technique and infection control
Catheterization and urinary care
Knowledge of urological conditions such as BPH, hematuria, and UTIs
Excellent patient communication and teamwork
