Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing accurately and professionally
• Perform employee health screenings including Fit Test, Respirator Evaluation, Color Vision, and Trinity 10-panel drug screen
• Administer, verify, and document immunizations and test results: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, Influenza, and 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot)
• Collect and maintain complete Physical/Health Statements and immunization records in accordance with organizational policies
• Ensure compliance with occupational health protocols and regulatory requirements
• Communicate clearly with staff about required screenings, follow-ups, and next steps
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up for incomplete or outstanding health requirements

Qualifications

• Must meet the listed personal health history requirements (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, Influenza and 2-step PPD or IGRA) and be able to provide required documentation
• Ability to pass Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and related assessments
• Experience in occupational health, employee health, clinical screenings, or related clinical setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Comfortable performing fit testing and respirator evaluations
• Clinical licensure or certification if required by assignment (e.g., RN, LPN/LVN, Medical Assistant) — check role specifics

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of infection control and immunization best practices
• Familiarity with fit testing procedures and respirator programs
• Experience with occupational health documentation and electronic health records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with employees and clinical teams
• Ability to follow established protocols, maintain confidentiality, and prioritize tasks
