Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic exams accurately while prioritizing patient comfort and safety
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Follow radiation safety protocols and comply with facility policies and regulations
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and care teams to ensure smooth exams
• Complete and maintain precise documentation and image archiving (PACS/EMR)
• Participate in orientation and collaborate with staff to support excellent patient care

Qualifications

• ARRT certification (or equivalent) and Missouri state radiologic technologist license or the ability to obtain licensure
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Comfortable working 4-hour shifts and participating in required orientation
• Strong patient care skills and professional communication
• Prior experience in diagnostic radiography preferred; new grads with solid clinical training are welcome to apply

Education

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, certificate from an accredited radiography program, or related field
• Completion of an accredited clinical radiography program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with digital radiography and PACS image systems
• Solid knowledge of patient positioning, exposure factors, and anatomy
• Understanding of radiation safety and infection control best practices
• Familiarity with EMR documentation and imaging workflows
• Teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
