Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including assessments, vital signs, and basic nursing procedures
Administer medications and document administration accurately according to policy
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
Maintain clear, timely documentation in the medical record and communicate changes in condition
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education to promote positive outcomes
Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license (eligible or holding licensure in Pennsylvania preferred)
Graduation from an accredited LPN / Practical Nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to work 8-hour shifts and reliably cover assigned schedule

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN / Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic IV/shot familiarity as applicable
Patient assessment and documentation best practices
Comfortable with charting and electronic medical records
Infection control and safety procedures knowledge
Teamwork, time management, and patient advocacy skills
