Roles & Responsibilities

Assist clinical staff with patient flow and preparation, making each visit efficient and comfortable
Document patient vitals and relevant clinical information accurately in the chart
Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked for smooth daily operations
Support procedures and treatments by handing instruments, collecting samples, and following protocols
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families, answering basic questions and directing them to the right resources
Collaborate with the care team to maintain safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment

Qualifications

Medical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical experience preferred
Basic knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care best practices
Comfortable with patient interaction and maintaining professional bedside manner
Willingness to complete required orientation and facility onboarding
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification encouraged or willingness to obtain

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Medical Assistant program graduate or certificate preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with vital signs, specimen collection, and basic clinical tasks
Ability to follow clinical protocols and maintain accurate documentation
Comfort using electronic health records and standard office software
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
