Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
Perform thorough patient assessments and report changes to the care team
Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to implement care plans
Promote patient safety and infection control best practices at all times
Communicate respectfully with patients and families to support positive outcomes

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — active and in good standing (Pennsylvania licensure required)
Comfortable working standard 8.5-hour shifts with a reliable attendance record
Demonstrated clinical judgment and strong communication skills
Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a care team

Education

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Patient assessment and monitoring
Accurate clinical documentation and charting
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to follow care plans and facility policies
