Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of California
BLS certification required
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Previous experience preferred but new graduates welcome

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of patient care principles
Excellent observation and reporting skills
Ability to lift and move patients safely
Time management and organizational skills
Team collaboration and adaptability
