Shift Type: Tuesday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and assist patients with activities of daily living
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and mobility with dignity and respect
Monitor and record vital signs, changes in condition, and report concerns promptly
Support safe patient transfers and fall-prevention measures
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the care team
Follow infection control protocols and keep the care environment clean and safe
Build rapport with patients and families to create a calm, reassuring presence

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (or eligible/certified in New Mexico)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM) and reliable for scheduled nights
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or acute care is a plus
Ability to pass required background checks, health screenings, and facility onboarding

Education

High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of patient care fundamentals and ADLs
Accurate vital sign measurement and basic clinical observation
Basic charting and documentation skills (electronic or paper charting)
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
Compassionate patient interaction and de-escalation skills
