Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including assistance with bathing, dressing, and feeding
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) to support dignity and independence
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the nursing team
Support safe patient mobility and fall prevention measures
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
Accurately document care and observations in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to implement care plans
Build trusting relationships with patients and their families through clear, respectful communication

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of California (required)
CPR/BLS certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and TB screening as required
Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
Previous CNA experience preferred but new grads with strong training are welcome

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Current CNA certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong skills in patient care and ADLs
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs accurately
Good infection control and safety practice knowledge
Clear verbal and written communication with patients and team members
Teamwork mindset with the ability to follow care plans and directions
Basic documentation skills and attention to detail
