Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to residents in a welcoming long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance resident quality of life
Document care accurately to ensure seamless continuity

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred
Reliable transportation for your travel assignment

Education

Valid LPN licensure from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in medication administration
Adaptability to a dynamic care environment
