Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver expert respiratory care across floors, ICU, and NICU making a real difference in patient outcomes
• Manage advanced ventilators like PB 840, Servo-i, LTV 1200, and high-frequency oscillators with confidence
• Draw, analyze, and report ABGs plus NICU capillary gases to guide critical decisions
• Assist in ER during codes and rapid responses for adults, peds, and neonates
• Lead as charge RT every shift, mentoring peers and ensuring smooth operations
• Perform telemetry monitoring including 12-leads on nights and full weekend coverage
• Float dynamically between units while providing top-tier treatments and support

Qualifications

• Active RRT license ready to submit
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required
• NRP certification if assigned to NICU
• Comfortable with Cerner EMR and leading teams

Education

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient with high-acuity vents and treatments up to 30-35 RVUs daily
• NICU experience preferred for specialized neonate care
• Skilled in ABG analysis, capillary gases, and emergency airway management
• Telemetry and 12-lead ECG expertise
• Team leadership and charge RT capabilities
