Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate technical nursing care to residents using the nursing process
Collaborate as a vital member of the nursing team under RN supervision
Step up confidently into the charge nurse role in the SNF when needed

Qualifications

At least one year of LVN experience
Current California LVN license
Current CPR Certification

Education

Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associates or equivalent degree

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical judgment to plan work and set priorities
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency for seamless documentation

Benefits

Sign on Bonus: $5,000.00
30 pay increments rewarding up to 30 years of experience
