Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate patient and family education and support that makes a real difference
Monitor vital signs with precision to ensure top-notch care
Handle pharmacy calls and refill requests seamlessly
Label specimens accurately for reliable diagnostics
Assess and manage patient pain while documenting concerns for providers

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Washington
BLS certification preferred
At least 2 years of experience, including oncology or outpatient clinic settings
Comfortable floating to nearby clinics 3-4 times per month

Education

Completion of accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in medical oncology and symptom management like nausea, ascites, and constipation
Skilled in behavioral health techniques, end-of-life care, and telephone triage
Proficient with medication reconciliation, follow-up calls, and Epic charting
