Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate nursing care to clinic patients following top standards
Serve as the key liaison between patients, staff, and providers
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to fully meet patient needs
Take vital signs and triage patient calls with precision
Refill prescriptions and handle prior authorizations smoothly
Support your co-workers and provide direction to CNAs and schedulers

Qualifications

Current State LPN license
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Education

Graduate of a Nursing Program
BLS from a College of Technology/Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Nursing care expertise
Vital signs monitoring
Patient call triage
Prescription refills
Prior authorizations
Team collaboration and leadership for CNAs and schedulers
