Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform essential OBGYN procedures like PAP smears, Colposcopy, LEEP, D&C, EMB, IUD insertions and removals, Nexplanon, and NST to empower women's health
• Administer medications via IM and SQ routes with precision and care
• Conduct phlebotomy, IV therapy, and blood glucose monitoring to support accurate diagnostics
• Provide telephone triage and patient education for compassionate follow-up care
• Collaborate in a dynamic outpatient setting focused on women's reproductive health

Qualifications

• Active CA LVN license required at submission
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC
• IV and blood withdrawal certification
• 2 years LVN experience including at least 1 year in OBGYN

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in OBGYN procedures including PAP, Colpo, LEEP, D&C, EMB, IUDs, Nexplanon, and NST
• Proficient in phlebotomy, IV starts, blood glucose testing, and medication administration
• Skilled in telephone triage, vital signs monitoring, and women's health assessments
• Familiarity with Epic charting system preferred
• Strong patient interaction in outpatient OBGYN environments
