Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of Quality Management and Accreditation programs
Develop and foster cross-disciplinary relationships across departments and jurisdictions
Formulate and implement quality policies aligned with organizational objectives
Ensure accreditation compliance and serve as the go-to expert on standards
Drive performance improvement using rapid PDSA cycles and SEARHC Quality Management concepts
Collaborate with EHR staff to build quality measurement tools and reports
Investigate complaints and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

RN License or comparable clinical degree with Quality Management experience
Master's degree in health-related or business field preferred
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required within 18 months of hire
Five years in health care administration or performance improvement management
Three years supervising health care professionals

Education

RN License or comparable clinical degree
Master's degree in health-related or business field preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Quality and performance improvement strategies
Accrediting agency requirements and infection prevention
Risk management and total quality management principles
Program planning, implementation, and evaluation
Critical thinking and PDSA cycles
Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
