Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to patients across their cancer journey from diagnosis to treatment and end-of-life support
• Monitor telemetry and interpret rhythms to ensure patient safety
• Administer chemotherapy, manage ports, and perform IV therapy with precision
• Champion infection prevention and fall protocols in a high-acuity environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including rapid response and pharmacy for optimal outcomes
• Float to sister MedSurg Oncology units to broaden your impact

Qualifications

• Active RN license with BLS certification required
• ONS Chemo certification preferred
• 2 years of recent nursing experience, ideally in oncology or med-surg
• Proficiency in EPIC charting
• Previous travel experience a plus, but willingness to learn is key

Education

• RN licensure; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

• Telemetry interpretation and monitoring expertise
• Oncology care including solid tumor management
• IV therapy, phlebotomy, and port management
• Chemotherapy administration and tracheostomy care
• Cardiac rhythm interpretation and emergency response
• Infection control and isolation precautions
