Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver outpatient-focused Family Medicine to patients across all ages
Build lasting relationships with patients and families
Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative staff
Make a direct, meaningful impact on rural community health

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in New York State
DEA certification or eligibility
Passion for community-focused healthcare

Education

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
