Candidate Pay Rate: $95 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate patient needs to deliver personalized care
Plan and implement treatment strategies for optimal wellness and recovery
Educate patients empowering them on their health journey
Coordinate with healthcare teams and delegate tasks efficiently
Transcribe and execute protocols and physician orders with precision

Qualifications

Active RN license in Wyoming in good standing
Current BLS, NRP certifications required
ACLS for C-section support, PALS for pediatrics
Intermediate and Advanced Electronic Fetal Monitoring training
Graduation from an accredited nursing school
Hospital experience preferred, especially in special care nursery or NICU

Education

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Exceptional customer service with empathy and patience
Strong communication and listening abilities
Outstanding organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly
Commitment to ethical practices and patient confidentiality
