Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to med/surg tele patients, monitoring telemetry for early detection of issues
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
Assess patient conditions swiftly and intervene with life-saving measures
Educate patients and families to empower them in their recovery journey
Maintain precise documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of recent med/surg tele experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong telemetry interpretation skills
