Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Attend high-risk deliveries to provide critical initial support
Manage ventilators including conventional and high-frequency oscillatory types
Administer surfactant to improve tiny lungs
Acquire and interpret blood gases for precise care
Deliver Nitric Oxide therapy saving fragile lives
Collaborate with NICU team to support 36-bed unit during peak times

Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist license
1+ year of experience, with Level 3 NICU preferred or 3-5 years Level 2 NICU
NRP certification required
STABLE certification a plus
Positive attitude, critical thinking, and detail-oriented mindset

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise with Drager VN500 ventilators, 3100A Oscillators, Mallinckrodt Nitric Oxide, and Vapotherms
Proficiency in Meditech and NeoNotes EMR systems
Ability to work independently in fast-paced NICU environment
