Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to mothers and newborns in a high-volume OB/GYN unit
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs with precision and empathy
Assist in labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery to create positive birthing experiences
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans to empower confident recoveries

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of recent OB/GYN nursing experience
BLS and NRP certifications required
Strong clinical skills and a passion for women's health

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in labor and delivery procedures
Proficiency with electronic medical records
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced hospital environments
