Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to patients in the inpatient rehab facility, making real differences in their recovery journeys
Perform safe patient transfers using hoyer lifts and sliding boards to ensure comfort and security
Administer medications, conduct bladder scans and dressing changes with precision and empathy
Document rehab scoring and progress meticulously using Meditech EMR
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of RNs, charge nurses and CNAs during bedside reports and hourly rounding
Float to nearby units like Med-Surg, Tele and Ortho to support the hospital community

Qualifications

Active RN licensure in good standing
BLS certification
At least 1 year of nursing experience
Transfer training and EMR proficiency are must-haves

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Rehab experience and scoring documentation preferred
Comfort with VS machines, EKG, bladder scanners and transfer equipment
Team player who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment
Proficiency in Meditech EMR and Pyxis systems
