Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe outcomes
Provide emotional support and education to families in pivotal moments
Respond swiftly to obstetric emergencies with confidence

Qualifications

Active RN license in Oregon or compact state
BLS certification
AWHONN or Fetal Heart Monitoring certification
Recent Labor and Delivery experience preferred

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in high-risk labor and delivery
Strong fetal monitoring and assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in obstetric procedures and emergency protocols
