Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate postpartum care to new mothers and their babies, creating joyful beginnings
Monitor maternal and newborn health with precision and empathy
Educate families on newborn care and breastfeeding to empower confident parenting
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless recovery journeys
Respond swiftly to any complications, safeguarding precious lives

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in postpartum or mother-baby units
BLS certification required
Strong clinical skills with a passion for women's and infant health

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in postpartum assessments and newborn care
Proficiency in lactation support and patient education
Excellent communication for building trust with new families
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
