Shift Type: Rotating nights and days, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, alternating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to labor and delivery patients, making every moment count
Monitor fetal well-being and maternal health with precision and compassion
Assist in C-sections, SVDs, cerclages, and TOLAC procedures
Collaborate with a dynamic team of 150 staff members in a high-volume Level IV unit
Utilize cutting-edge equipment like Novii, JADA, and IUPC to provide top-tier outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1-2 years of L&D experience
Must-have certifications: EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency, C-Section circulation
Team player with a positive attitude ready to join a supportive crew

Education

RN licensure required, BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in electronic fetal monitoring and internal monitor placement
Proficiency with Meditech EMR and advanced L&D equipment
High-volume Level IV unit experience preferred
Previous HCA experience is a fantastic plus
