Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver critical respiratory care to adult and Level 3 NICU patients, making a real difference in their breathing and recovery
• Masterfully manage PB 840 and Draeger vents to ensure optimal patient ventilation
• Administer surfactant deliveries with precision during vital moments
• Collaborate with a team-oriented staff of 35 in a fast-paced environment where everyone pitches in
• Utilize Meditech EMR to document and track patient progress seamlessly

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in respiratory therapy
• Active RRT license and current certifications
• Must-have adult patient experience and Level 3 NICU background - if you have this, you're golden!
• Team player attitude with flexibility for night shifts and possible weekends

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
• RRT credential from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with PB 840 and Draeger ventilators
• Expertise in surfactant delivery procedures
• Comfortable in variable patient ratios across adult and NICU settings
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
• Strong teamwork skills in a collaborative hospital environment
