Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to cardiovascular surgery patients, making a real difference in their recovery journeys
Monitor vital signs and assess post-operative conditions with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments tailored to surgical needs
Educate patients and families on recovery plans, empowering them every step of the way

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in cardiovascular surgery
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical skills and a passion for surgical patient care

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiovascular surgical procedures and recovery protocols
Proficiency in patient monitoring and critical care techniques
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptability in fast-paced hospital environments
