Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) in South Dakota or eligible to become licensed
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
- Strong team collaboration and communication
- Patient-first care approach in rehab settings
