Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to ICU patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, showcasing your expertise
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create optimal care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Advocate for patients and families during high-stakes moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2+ years of ICU nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Expertise with cardiac drips and mechanical ventilation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
