Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced MICU
Manage advanced equipment like ventilators, CRRT and EVDs with confidence
Perform critical procedures including central lines, arterial lines and chest tubes
Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain optimal patient ratios
Float as needed to support hospital-wide staffing while prioritizing patient safety
Document meticulously in Meditech to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license
ACLS and BLS certifications
At least 2 years of ICU experience
Ready to thrive in a high-acuity environment

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise with ventilators, EVDs, CRRT and SLED
Proficiency in advanced ICU procedures
Strong critical thinking in 1:1 to 3:1 patient ratios
Comfortable with Meditech documentation
