Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory treatments to patients battling asthma, pneumonia and emphysema
Manage advanced ventilators like Servo I, Hamilton and V60 machines
Perform critical evaluations and procedures to improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with physicians in a high-volume trauma-ready unit
Handle 44-46 procedures per shift while keeping patient care front and center

Qualifications

Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education

Completion of accredited Respiratory Therapy program
RRT certification from NBRC

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech EMR system
Experience with Servo I ventilators, nebulizers, CPAP and BiPAP machines
Trauma experience is a big plus
Critical thinking in high-pressure situations
Team player mindset with patient-first focus
