Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Days

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
Manage active caseloads of 25-30 patients with 12-13 visits per day
Conduct fall risk assessments and case management using NextGen
Treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions from ACL tears to total joint replacements
Help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life through personalized care

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license
1+ years of experience (new grads need not apply)
Comfortable with high-volume outpatient settings

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
Proficient in NextGen system
Skilled in case management and fall risk assessments
Orthopedic specialties including Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tears, back pain, rotator cuff issues, osteoarthritis, and more
