Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients to boost mobility, function, and strength
Design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs that transform lives
Supervise PT Assistants and Aides to ensure top-notch patient care
Maintain precise patient chart documentation for seamless follow-up
Collaborate with physicians and team members for outstanding outcomes
Guide patients through treatment with compassion and expertise

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility to obtain one soon
Degree in Physical Therapy
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records

Education

Degree in Physical Therapy
Continuing education courses preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient rehabilitation techniques
PT billing, DX, and ICD-10 coding
Electronic Medical Records and basic computer skills like Word and Internet
HIPAA compliance and patient privacy protocols
