Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to diverse patients from neonatal to geriatric
• Provide direct patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings with a focus on high-quality outcomes
• Advance clinical programs through ongoing analysis and development of specialized pharmacy clinics
• Administer policies and lead teams as Clinic Manager of Operations
• Ensure consistent service levels in line with TCRHCC's mission and values
• Supervise professional and support staff to foster excellence in care

Qualifications

• Current valid unrestricted Pharmacy license in any US state or territory
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Pharmacist
• Minimum 1 year as a Clinical Pharmacist

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in clinical pharmacy services for oncology, obstetrics, and more
• Strong patient care skills across all age groups
• Leadership in pharmacy operations and program development
• Administrative supervision of pharmacy teams
