Location: La Mesa, CA

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 - $45.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist Physical Therapists in crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
Deliver hands-on therapy to boost patient mobility, balance, and strength
Support patients on their road to recovery from surgery, injury, or illness
Track progress and share vital updates with supervising PTs
Empower patients and caregivers with exercise knowledge and safety tips
Keep spot-on documentation for seamless care
Team up with interdisciplinary pros for outstanding patient results

Qualifications

Active California PTA License
SNF experience preferred to hit the ground running
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with everyone
Team player mindset for thriving in collaborative settings
