Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care and evaluation to NICU/PICU patients using cutting-edge technologies
Administer advanced treatments with high flow devices, 3100A, Servo ventilators, Nitric Oxide and more
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Provide coverage across units including adult floors for nebulizer therapy and BIPAP
Document precisely in Meditech while adapting to fast-paced critical care environment

Qualifications

Active RRT licensure
BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
Current NICU/PICU experience preferred

Education

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Meditech documentation system
Skilled in high-acuity equipment like Bunnell, Heliox, and continuous nebulizers
Strong critical thinking and patient care focus
Team player who thrives in fast-paced, adaptable settings
