Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 4 weekend shifts per month

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to laboring mothers and newborns, making every birth unforgettable
Monitor fetal heart rates and support natural birth preferences with compassion
Circulate in OR for safe deliveries and manage postpartum couplet care
Collaborate with midwives, CRNAs, and laborist team for personalized patient experiences
Utilize cutting-edge tools like JADA system and nitrous oxide to promote positive outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of L&D experience
Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
Fetal monitoring proficiency required
Passionate about patient choice and high-quality maternal care

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in IUPC, FSE, MgSO4 administration, and postpartum hemorrhage management
Familiarity with Spinning Babies and STABLE techniques a plus
Comfortable with CPN and Meditech documentation systems
Strong team player in a fast-paced Women's Services unit
