Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care and treatment to NICU/PICU patients using cutting-edge technologies
Evaluate patient conditions and provide life-saving interventions with advanced equipment like high flow devices and Nitric Oxide
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Manage medication delivery, nebulizers, and ventilators with precision and compassion
Adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining a patient-first focus

Qualifications

Active RRT licensure
BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
Current NICU/PICU experience highly preferred

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
Expertise in high-acuity equipment including 3100A, Bunnell, Servos, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, and Heliox
Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced settings
Team-oriented approach with excellent collaboration skills
